Trash the Dress Shooting / After Wedding Shoot mit Hanna & Boris im Juli 2011 – Location Maschgenkamm, Flumserberg.

Das Jahr 2011 neigt sich dem Ende zu… Zeit für SentimentalitätenAm meisten lieben wir an unserem Job, dass er so abwechslungsreich ist und wir immer wieder spannende und neue Erfahrungen machen dürfen – vor allem mit vielen lieben Menschen, denen wir auf unserem Weg begegnen. Da waren Simon & Marta mit einer griechisch-orthodoxen und spanisch-christlichen Zeremonie, oder die spannende Promihochzeit mit Alex Frei und seiner bezaubernden Nina (auf diesem Weg Dir und Deinem FC Basel ganz herzliche Glückwünsche zum Sieg über Manchester United und den Einzug ins Achtelfinale der Champions League), die Strandhochzeit von Melanie & Alastair auf Khao Lak in Thailand, Hochzeiten inmitten der malerischen Bergkulisse der Schweiz, wie z.B. die Hochzeit von Barbara & Urs am Thuner See, in der grossartigen Stadt Zürich als auch rund um den Bodensee. Und seit diesem Jahr wissen wir Dank Jasmine & Antonio, dass es mit Büsingen eine deutsche Enklave in der Schweiz gibtWir wollen uns nochmals bei allen Hochzeitspaaren 2011 und deren wundervollen Familien bedanken – jede einzelne Hochzeit war einzigartig schön für uns.

Ganz besondere Höhepunkte waren die Fotoproduktion in Kho Samui, bei der ich die Produktionsassistenz für ein Fashionshooting von Manor übernehmen durfte, und in Neuseeland für den neuen Porsche 911, wo ich als Fotoassistent, Camera Truck Driver und Chefbarista mitwirken durfteSoooo ein cooles Team…miss ya all xxx

Unser persönliches Highlight war aber ganz klar die Geburt unseres Sohnes… wir hätten uns kein grösseres Geschenk wünschen können

Für das kommende Jahr wünschen wir Euch da draussen nur das Allerbeste!

2011 is coming to an end, so it’s the perfect time to be sentimental and to think about the most exciting things being a wedding photographer. Our job is so amazingly diverse and we were able to gain experience and to meet lovely people with every new wedding. There have been Simon & Marta with our first greek orthodox and spanish christian ceremony, or the exciting celebrity wedding with Alex Frei and his lovely Nina - congratulations for winning over Manchester United and entering the round of the last sixteen of the Champions League, the beach wedding of Al & Mel, at Khao Lak in Thailand, they couldn’t have done better with their location choice for their greatest day. There were weddings amidst the picture perfect Swiss Alps, like the one with Barbara & Urs at the Thuner See, as well as in the city of Zurich and around the Lake of Constance, just to name some. And thanks to Jasmine & Antonio, we know now that with Buesingen, there is a German enclave in Switzerland  :-) We just wanted to send many hugs to our brides & grooms and their beloved families. Every wedding was special and unique to us and we are so thankful to spend amazing times with you guys.

Further highlights in 2011 were a photo production with Manor in Kho Samui, where I could support the team as a production assistant, and the incredible and awesome Porsche 911 shoot in New Zealand, where I worked as a photographers assistant, camera truck driver and chef baristaSuch an amazing team…miss ya all xxx

However, our personal highlight was, of course, the birth of our son… he is the greatest gift we could have wished for
